Expansion of machinery
In December 2023, we put our fully automated high-precision CNC tool grinding machine for the smallest workpieces into operation, just in time for the turn of the year. This enables us to meet the constantly growing demand for our tools without compromise.

A new, fully automated CNC cylindrical grinding machine was commissioned in March 2023.
Expansion of the Cutting Test Centre
Our cutting test centre was expanded with a Zünd S3 digital cutter. In order to be able to test knives and customer materials even better and to offer extended cutting solutions.

Acquisition of a digital measuring microscope to create pictorial documentation and to ensure gentle final inspection for the employee.

The newly built production facility in the industrial area (Runa) in Altenstadt allows for faster and more flexible production from now on.

Due to the successful growth, a new, modernised production facility is built in Altenstadt.

To meet the increasing quality demands of the automotive industry, a fully automatic measuring machine, Walter Helicheck, is purchased.

In order to cope with the constant demand for VPW tools, two additional 5-axis CNC tool grinding machines were put into operation.

First laser marker
In order to meet the increasing demands in quality assurance, a laser marker was purchased. This marks the workpieces, e.g. with batch numbers, etc., to ensure complete traceability.
Production expansion
Production at the Gisingen site is expanded. The machinery is also further expanded. A new cylindrical grinding machine is purchased.
The company VPW Bitsche OG now has 10 employees.
Start field service
Trading with field service (company VPW Werkzeugservice GmbH & Co KG, Dornbirn) was started.
First 5-axis machine
The first 5-axis CNC tool grinding machine is added. In addition, a presetting device was purchased.

The second 4-axis CNC tool grinding machine was purchased.
